In collaboration with the Surrey Cardiovascular Clinic we are happy to announce our new Proactive Health Screen packages. We are fortunate to be able to take advantage of the latest imaging, cardiovascular and metabolic tests to add a range of new packages with a different focus from our existing screens. Why should I choose these packages?
If you are looking for health screening including more sophisticated cardiovascular screening with a GP led holistic approach, then these packages are for you. Also, you can add in metabolic testing (or have this included in the Ultra package). These appointments take place at the Surrey Cardiovascular Clinic, easily accessible from the A3, with onsite parking.
What do the packages include?
Standard £ 600
60 minute private GP consultation and examination.
Blood, urine and stool testing.
Weight, height, waist, blood pressure.
12 lead ECG.
Written report​.
Elite £ 1000
60 minute private GP consultation and examination.
Blood, urine and stool testing.
Weight, height, waist, blood pressure.
12 lead ECG.
Stress ECG.
15 min GP telephone follow up.
Written report.

Ultra £ 3100
60 minute private GP consultation and examination.
Blood, urine and stool testing.
Weight, height, waist, blood pressure.
12 lead ECG.
CT coronary angiogram with FAI analysis. Metabolic Health Assessment.
Continuous blood glucose monitoring.
15 min GP telephone follow up.
Written report.
